Do we need to know how to code?

No. The common block and the management and finance track run entirely in natural language: you ask your question in plain English to a Genie Agent, and you learn how to check the answer. SQL only appears in the analyst track, for the people who need it.

Is the training run on our own data?

Yes, and that is the recommended option: in your own Databricks workspace, on a dedicated catalogue, with your access and your governance. If the platform is not ready yet, we deliver on a demonstration dataset close to your sector.

How long does it take?

Expect two to four half-days depending on who is in the room and how deep you want to go. We spread the sessions over a few weeks rather than doing it all at once: people come back with their real questions between meetings.
